Care in China

Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy explains how Care in China handles information from website visitors and inquiries, and how our separate Care in China YouTube Automation uses Google user data. Care in China operates in China and provides independent, non-clinical patient coordination. Contact us at ccunntr@gmail.com.

The website and initial contact

The public website does not store first-contact form data. The form prepares an email in your own email application for you to review and send; it does not submit your information to this website.

Do not send medical records, passport details, or sensitive health information through the initial contact flow. Keep your first message limited to non-sensitive practical information. If a hospital requires records, confirm its approved secure submission route with the hospital.

Information you email to us

If you email us, we use the information only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the non-clinical services you request, subject to applicable law. This may include your contact details, travel timing, and practical coordination needs. Email sent to us is handled separately from the public website.

Separate YouTube automation

Care in China YouTube Automation is separate from this public website. It uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API only for the channel owner’s authorized account.

With the account owner’s authorization, it may access channel identity and the YouTube data necessary to find public content, post and manage comments or replies, and confirm the authorized channel. Google user data is used only to provide the user-authorized YouTube automation functionality.

Our use of Google user data is consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google OAuth tokens and revoking access

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the operator’s computer. They are not stored by this website and are not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.

The account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized access through that connection; it does not itself delete information already held locally. Contact ccunntr@gmail.com about deleting locally held automation information or tokens.

Data retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, coordinate requested services, and meet applicable legal obligations. Locally stored automation data and tokens are retained only as needed for the authorized functionality and applicable legal obligations.

You may contact ccunntr@gmail.com to request deletion of inquiry information under our control. We will address requests subject to applicable law and any information we are required to retain.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect information under our control, including locally held OAuth tokens. No website, email service, or computer can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not use the initial contact flow to send sensitive documents or health information.

Third-party services and links

Your email application and provider, Google, YouTube, and any external websites linked from our pages operate under their own privacy policies. This policy covers Care in China’s handling of information, not the practices of those third parties.

Children

This website and the separate YouTube automation are not directed at children. Children should not submit personal information through the initial contact flow. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
